Meet Barbara C Smith
Barbara has been a highly active NAR member for 45 years in the Martin County (Hobe Sound, Jupiter Island, Palm City, Sewall’s Point, Stuart, Jensen Beach, and Hutchinson Island), & North Palm Beach Area. (Tequesta, Jupiter, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens & North Palm Beach.) She lives in Hobe Sound.
Barbara was reared in Princeton, Indiana. She had the best childhood & great parents.
She worked in the family restaurant business since she was 5 years old. She & her father were very close. Her dad taught her how to jump the props on older Piper Cubs and to land on corn fields, grass fields, and commercial airports. Her father had a profound influence on her and taught her that if she was going to do something, do it 200%! She loves cooking, reading, music, baseball, and basketball. A big Purdue fan. She holds a BA from St Mary’s of the Woods and an MBA from Governors State University.
She is quite involved with the community & her family. She has three sons. Doug, Mark Patrick & Ryan. Doug and his extraordinary wife, Erin, and their two children, Eli & Railey, reside in Hobe Sound. Mark Patrick & his astonishing wife, Shawna, & their two sons, Jackson & Sullivan, reside in the Chicago area. Ryan also resides in Hobe Sound.
Her real estate knowledge and area expertise are remarkable. She holds a Broker license and earned the CDPE, CHLMS-Guild, CRS & GRI designations. Her clients become family. She has true concern for them. She is honored that they allow her to assist in one of their most valuable assets, emotionally and/or financially.
